We have many individuals in the Education Community that have assisted RTL in Puerto Rico and in the states. Teachers, Administrators, and support staff. We have also had several organizations that have generously donated to make our trips to the island possible. Without the support of our community of supporters, this would not be possible.
Several members of Antioch Rotary have been strong supporters of RTL since its inception. The Antioch Rotary Club is within District 6440 and was Chartered in 1968. We are an organization of service-minded men and women that plan to carry out a remarkable variety of humanitarian, educational and cultural exchange programs that touch people’s lives in their local communities (including but not limited to Antioch, Lake Villa, and Lindenhurst area) and our world community.
Founded in 1979 by Raymond J. Green, the goal of GreenAssociates is to provide superior architectural service to clients and in doing so, build lasting relationships. In 2001 ownership transitioned to the 2nd generation of principals who continue the tradition of superior service. Stephen Chassee, one of the current principals of Green, has helped RTL for the last 3 years. Before joining Green, Stephen served honorably for 8 years in the United States Marine Corps, and is a Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom II-2. Since 1994 he has been an active member of the Illinois Association of School Business Officials (IASBO), and in 2013 was elected to serve as the Chair for the IASBO Service Associate Advisory Committee (SAAC). In addition to IASBO, Steve is also an active member of the Illinois Association of School Boards (IASB), as well as the Suburban School Superintendents Association (SSSA). His expertise in school safety and security has helped RTL with assessing school infrastructure in Puerto Rico and is a major donor for RTL over the past several years.

Rob Koch, CEO of Single Path (founded 2003), and Chuck Orrico, CEO of DYONYX (founded 1996) created the opportunity to drive more value in the organizations they created by merging to form DYOPATH on March 1, 2020.
Ken Garcia and Bill Spakowski, two of Dypath’s representatives, were critical in finding funding and assisting RTL in Puerto Rico with infrastructure and technology improvements.
In 1919, with one moving truck, sensitivity for others, and a lot of determination, Economy Moving & Transfer Company began its journey toward perfecting the art of moving.
Thirty-four years later Edward Marx purchased Economy Moving from his father. In 1982, after the moving industry was deregulated, Edward founded New World Van Lines and was granted the authority to operate the company as a 48 state carrier. New World has helped RTL get resources over to Puerto Rico when it seemed almost impossible to do so.
